Yoga
The Studio has been in Klamath Falls, Oregon, for over 10 years, and is a quiet and personal yoga studio that offers each practitioner the freedom to make their own practice. Yoga, like life, is a constantly moving, flowing, and evolving journey, so it’s equally important to have a practice that is adjustable and modified for each changing phase.
Each one of us is different, with different needs and abilities,
and that is exactly what I teach to. Yoga for YOU.

I have carried this philosophy through my 15 years of teaching yoga, but I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years. I received my Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary Series teaching certification in 2008 from ITS YOGA in San Francisco, under the instruction of Larry Schultz. I believe in learning and teaching yoga from the ground up, using proper and safe adjustments, anatomical knowledge, and a respect of ones own ability.
No forcing, no judging, and no criticism, especially of our own self.
Through Ashtanga, meaning 8-limbs, much like the branches of a tree where each branch feeds life, an entire balanced way of life can be achieved. My practice has been developed further through studying many lineages such as Kundalini, Yin, Vinyasa, Hatha, breathwork, and meditation, which all speak the same language. These are all ancient rituals of health and wellness. Practicing all limbs of yoga, including the physical postures, cultivates a good well-being, which is also a complimentary component for life's activities. I believe that yoga teachers should guide and modify to each practitioners' levels and abilities.
This is the yoga offered at The Studio. Your yoga studio.
Yoga is for all.
